We process the personal data you submit through the application form to:
– manage and evaluate applications for the Music & the Brain Summer School;
– communicate with applicants about the application process and participation (e.g., confirmations, requests for additional information, updates related to the Summer School).
We do not use your application data for marketing purposes.

Through the form we may process:
– identification and contact data (name, surname, institution, email address);
– documents you upload (CV and motivation letter) and any personal data contained therein.

The processing is necessary to take steps at your request prior to participation and to manage the application procedure and related communications (application management).

Google Fonts (Outfit)
We use Google Fonts to display web fonts (Outfit). When loading fonts, your browser may connect to Google servers (e.g., fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com) to retrieve the font files. This may involve the processing of technical data such as your IP address and browser/device information.
